Lakshmi is a global techno-commercial leader across regions and industries recognised for developing scalable businesses in UK, Europe, Japan and India, and has worked across the globe. In a short span at Tata Communications, since October 2019, Lakshmi is re-engineering the company and steering it to deliver strong profitability. The newly defined ‘reimagine’ strategy focuses on platform play, financial fitness, commitments on sustainability, innovation and AI. Under Lakshmi’s leadership, the company is progressing to play a solid role as a digital ecosystem enabler – a digital fabric on which customers can build secure, connected, digital experiences. Prior to joining Tata Communications, Lakshmi was President and CEO of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Japan accelerating the company’s market opportunity and brand in the region. Other leadership positions he has held within TCS include, Global Head of four business units (Telecom, Media & Information Services, HiTech and Utilities), and Head of UK & Europe. An over 35 years Tata Group veteran, engineering graduate from BITS, Pilani, and London Business School senior executive programme alumnus, Lakshmi is an IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) long-standing member. He serves on the Board of Tata Teleservices Limited and Tejas Networks Limited and is also the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Nelco Ltd. He is known to drive all things technology and transformation, with trust and purpose being central.

Bhaskar Gorti serves as Executive Vice President for our Cloud and Cybersecurity Services, spearheading the expansion of our Cloud and Security portfolios to drive accelerated growth and deliver strong customer value. With three decades of experience spanning across various functions, industries, technologies and geographies, Bhaskar brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Throughout his impressive career, Bhaskar has worked with renowned technology companies such as Oracle, Nokia, Sandvine and most recently served as CEO and Board member at Platform9. His strong background in software product development, crafting growth strategies and delivering operational efficiencies has enabled him to establish new businesses in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Bhaskar's leadership has consistently built world-class teams, boosted employee engagement and increased investor value. Bhaskar holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, US.

Genius Wong is the Executive Vice President of our Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services and also the Chief Technology Officer at Tata Communications. Genius has helped build Tata Communications global core and subsea network infrastructure and services. She is also leading the network transformation for Tata Communications and has built the next generation network infrastructure ensuring it is programmable, agile, intelligent, and performant. She is responsible for the Core and NextGen product portfolio, and under her leadership, Tata Communications has been positioned as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Network Services, Global for twelve consecutive years. Besides leading Product and Engineering functions for Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services, she also heads Service Assurance and Network & Service Operations for Tata Communications. She has over 25 years of experience working in digital technologies, cloud and telecommunications, with leadership roles in product development and management, business development, engineering and service assurance. Genius has led strategic cable investments and global network partnerships across countries for all networking solutions. Prior to joining Tata Communications, Genius held leadership roles at Asia Netcom, New T&T and IBM IGN. Genius holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in the United States.

Kabir Ahmed Shakir is the Chief Financial Officer at Tata Communications. In this role, Kabir is responsible for the strategic financial management of the company, including investor relations. Kabir brings with him nearly 30 years of experience in strategic financial management with a sharp focus on growth, strong business processes, functional excellence and operational execution across diverse industries and geographies. Kabir has extensive experience in global markets managing complex businesses and categories, international treasury, global supply chain and global finance. Before Tata Communications, Kabir was the Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft India, responsible for Microsoft’s overall finance leadership across all entities in India. Preceding this, he spent over 23 years with Unilever in leadership roles across multiple geographies–International Funding Director in the Netherlands, Global Supply Chain Finance Director in the UK, CFO of the Home and Personal Care business in India and Global CFO for the Skin care category in the UK. In addition, he has served on the Boards of Lakme Lever Private Limited and Kimberley Clark Lever Limited. Kabir is an angel investor, a board adviser and mentor to many startups and is passionate about technology and how it will shape the future of the finance function.

Natarajan Sivasamban (Siva) is the Executive Vice President and Head of Operations at Tata Communications – a global digital ecosystem enabler. In this role, Siva is responsible for defining the overall operations strategy and its execution to deliver world class platform-based services to large enterprises, globally. Siva is responsible for aligning the internal resources and systems that delivers business growth and productivity through effective leverage of technology. Siva is also the Chairman and Non-executive director of Tata Communications Transformation Services (TCTS) – an AI/ML driven automation first Telecom Managed Services provider offering consulting and integration services globally. Prior to his role in Tata Communications, Siva was the Vice President and Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd. Siva was also the Vice President and Global Head of the telecommunications business unit at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). A business leader with over 3 decades of experience, with a post-graduate degree from University of Delhi, Siva has successfully driven global sustainable business growth, managing multi-cultural global workforce across technology domains and industry verticals.

Sumeet is the Executive Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Tata Communications driving digital transformation for enterprises in over 190 countries and territories. A technopreneur, Sumeet is credited with conception and execution of the new ‘go to’ market strategy of Tata Communications. Sumeet is instrumental in shaping the company’s data business and growing and maintaining the company’s leadership position in India. Sumeet also led Tata Communications’ foray into next generation managed services, which now account for a lion’s share of the company’s enterprise business. Under Sumeet’s leadership, Tata Communications market outreach is driven by a continuous focus on solving business problems through innovative and unique solutions. With almost three decades spend in the technology business, the pace of change in technology and new possibilities is a key driver. Sumeet holds board positions in several Indian and international subsidiaries of Tata Communications. He also chairs India’s CII-Tata Communications Centre for Digital Transformation (CII-CDT), since 2018. This co-partnership with Confederate of Indian Industries focuses on delivering assessment and consulting, capacity building, public policy & research and creating engagement platforms to scale-up the digital experience of enterprises. Sumeet holds a Master of Marketing Management from JBIMS, Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.

Tri Pham is the Executive Vice President - Corporate Strategy Head for Tata Communications. He is responsible for strategy formulation and execution, as well as managing all major strategic initiatives including growth plans, entry into new markets, innovation initiatives and mergers and acquisitions. Tri has over 18 years of experience in the investment banking industry focusing on the telecommunications, media and technology industries in Asia. He has advised many of the world’s leading IT and telecommunications companies and executed some of the largest mergers and acquisitions in the region. Most recently Tri was running his own consultancy; having moved from HSBC where he was a Managing Director looking after TMT, Asia Pacific, from 2008 to 2011. Tri was also an Executive Director at ABN AMRO Bank from 2004 to 2008. During this time, he was co-head of TMT, Asia Pacific. He was also a Director at Merrill Lynch International from 1994 to 2003, where he was head of South East Asia TMT. Tri holds a Bachelors and Master’s degree in electrical engineering from the John Hopkins University.  He was also named a Ford scholar at the Wharton School while pursuing his MBA.

Troy Reynolds is the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Tata Communications. He is also the Chief Risk Officer of Tata Communications. In this role, he oversees the company’s global Legal and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) departments, and advises the company, its board of directors, and management on all legal matters affecting the company. He has served and continues to serve on the company’s board of directors for many of its operating subsidiaries, and is also a member of the legal and compliance advisory committee of Hedera Hashgraph, as well as one of the company’s representatives on its governing council. Since joining Tata Communications in 2008, Troy has been responsible for a number of different functions within the Legal department. Prior to joining Tata Communications, Troy was a Special Counsel at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, an international law firm, where he provided legal counsel to a number of organisations in the technology, media and telecom sector. He has also worked with other U.S. based law firms – Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP – in an overall career spanning over 28 years in corporate and business law. Troy obtained both his bachelor’s degree and law degree from the University of Kentucky.
